Since PHP Foundation was publically announced, we were all curious about who will work full time on developing the language, how the foundation will be structured, who will have the decision power and other aspects related to the future of the language.

While most of these concerns were clarified already via official announcements, the March newsletter is introducing the "initial group" of sponsored core developers and they are:

The PHP Foundation's Code of Conduct applies to all members of the organization, including administrators and developers.

PHPF is putting together a dedicated team to ensure that the Code of Conduct is followed. Tobias Nyholm @Nyholm, who heads up Symfony's CARE team, will be in charge of putting together and leading the Foundation's CoC team.
