Ensure model exists before dehydrating the key in legacy model binding

This PR fixes an issue with legacy model binding where models that didn't exist weren't able to be restored - by Josh Hanley

Fix wire:loading.delay element is showed and not removed

Before, wire:loading.delay elements were not removed, if you perform a successful form submission that takes longer than 200ms and subsequently perform a request that has validation errors. Loading element was still shown and was never removed. This PR by Austen Cameron fixes this behaviour.
